Interestingly, the original landowner, English settler Nathaniel Law, sold 715 acres of the land to Colonel Charles Pinckney in 1754. A former plantation circa 1698, Snee Farm is a golf course community ideally situated in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. Unlike other Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods, Snee Farm has three points of entry, making ingress and egress easy and convenient.
